Group 2 juvenile winner Crypto Force (Time Test- by Galileo) showed his versatility with a fine third behind the winner White Birch and last year’s English and Irish Derby winner Auguste Rodin in the 2100m Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh in Ireland on Sunday.

Now a 5YO, Crypto Force joins recent Group 3 winner Okeechobee as stakes performers by their sire in the new NH season.

Time Test’s SH runners have also been in fine form and his latest winner was the Susan Woodcock bred and raced Otium (Time Test-Roma Kabeel by Daggers Drawn) in NSW on Monday. First up since October the 4YO clearly looked to have benefitted from the break, racing away to win comfortably over 1250m.

On Monday in Victoria, 3YO filly Cantalago (Per Incanto-Lago Rider by Encosta De Lago) who broke her maiden over 1200m at Mornington registered the 35th individual winner for Per Incanto in Australia this season.

Cantalago is in the leading Victorian stable of Ben, JD and Will Hayes who also put the polish on last years Group 1 Blue Diamond winner Little Brose.

Recently transferred to the Hong Kong stable of David Hayes, the David Wallace bred 4YO Per Incanto entire Little Brose was a fine second over 1200m at Sha Tin on Sunday.

A real sense of stockmanship and a love of the animal. When our mares arrive back from LA, they look like they’ve had a month at Club Med, with some of the trimmings of the buffet, but also the glow of having had the attention of a personal trainer
